News - Coronavirus - Operations VTK — 17 March
Due to the ever-increasing spread of the COVID-19 virus, VTK is forced to shut down our operations until the Easter holidays. This means that our fakbar 't ElixIr and our sandwich bar Theokot will be closed. All planned events will also be cancelled. For our bookstore service there are separate regulations which can be found in the sent mail.
Although this is a very difficult decision for us, we naturally support the measures imposed by the government and KU Leuven. The better we currently follow the rules of the government, the greater the chance that we will be able to make a fantastic end to the semester after the Easter holidays. We at VTK therefore want to stress the importance of taking these rules seriously and thus avoiding meetings and homeparties.
