Production Quality Engineer

As a Production Quality Engineer, you are the key figure for analyzing production failures.

-You respond proactively to failure both internally and at the customer. -You analyze the rejected parts and products, draw up 8D action plans and think along to systematically solve them. From your thorough product and process knowledge you quickly establish the link between cause and effect. -You are also actively involved in the continuous improvement of production processes in order to minimize product errors. -You also work closely with the SQA engineer to quickly find a solution for complaints that are traced to supplier errors. -You report to the Production Quality Team Lead.

Gezocht Profiel

-You have at least obtained a degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent through experience. -You preferably have experience in a quality environment with knowledge of flow charting, FMEA, CP, 8D, ishikawa and ISO / TS 16949. -You preferably have experience in SAP and Access. -You have an analytical attitude with a problem-solving, no-nonsense mindset. -You are hands on and work precisely and accurately. -You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English (both written and spoken). -Knowledge of measurement techniques is a plus.
