Have you recently received an email telling you your reservation has expired? Did your book/course material disappear from the reservation list? This means you waited too long to come and collect it. Ten days after the assignment, the booking expires. Using this rule, we may be able to help another student more quickly, and in the meantime, our "cudikot" (where we store the books) empties more quickly. If this happened to you, you simply have to make a new reservation.
