The Internship Fair gives you the opportunity to gather more information about internship opportunities as a Civil Engineering student. Different companies come and present themselves and the internships they offer. An overview of the companies that will be present this year and a short description of their work area can be found on the next page.
Why go through an internship during the summer vacations? You will be given the opportunity from the faculty to enter your internship as a business experience (3 credits) or industrial internship (6 credits) in any Master's program. Moreover, an internship is the best way to learn about a company and a job as an engineer.
After taking place physically last year, we are pleased to announce that this edition will again be fully physical!
The fair will take place in the OHL Business Seats, accessible by bicycle as well as by car via the Kardinaal Mercierlaan and by taking the back entrance of the OHL stadium. There will also be signage to point you to the exact location. On-site bicycle parking as well as car parking is available.
Be sure to check out the Facebook event to always be aware of the latest updates and don't forget to sign up!
The conditions for taking up an internship vary from one program to another. In addition, for each program there are a number of important dates that you should note for yourself. To get you started and give you some initial information, we have summarized this for all majors in our Internship Brochure. Be sure to take a moment to review this and click through to the website listed with your degree program.
