What's some minced meat, cheese, spices, peppers and corn in a wrap that's toasted? A traditional Mexican quesedilla, of course! This paired with fresh quacamole makes both the biggest and smallest salivate. Every student has made a variation of a wrap, but we go back to the original quesedilla. Because this classic has so much flavor, it is not surprising that it has also become a beloved meal in Texas. As they would say in mexico, "Nada mejor que una quesadilla asi que no dejes de pedir tu paquete"
