Sopra Steria Consulting is the consultancy arm of the Sopra Steria Group and aims at developing a leader position in this fast-moving business with huge potential. Our service offering focuses on the needs of the banking industry and several global European accounts in the private sector as well as on national and international public sector organisations.

Sopra Steria is active in European Institutions and has major clients such as European Commission, EU Council, eu-LISA, Frontex, and also in the Belgian Public Sector (SPF Finances, SPF BOSA, Smals, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the local police zones). Our services cover consulting, cybersecurity, system integration, application development and maintenance, cloud migration & operations, and managed services from applications to infrastructure.

Through your consulting assignments, you will:

Support the identification of strategic issues and performance gaps Contribute to the study in different area:

ICT Governance & Management
Business process optimisation & user experience
e-government services design & interoperability
ICT impact of legislation
Data management & analytics
Innovation
ICT Architecture, security & transformation (cloud, DEVSECOPS, low code)

Demonstrate leadership during the design of new Business & IT strategies generating organizational change Develop your skills in project management to ensure the completion of the assignment on time, within budget and with the adequate level of quality. In addition, we expect you to be actively involved in the development of our consulting practice. As we have an ambitious growth plan in the coming years, you will have the opportunity to evolve with the structure and progressively take on responsibilities in business development as well as in leading and mentoring others. In order to support your assignments and your career development, you will have the possibility to enrol to relevant trainings via the Sopra Steria academy.

Your Profile:

You hold an advanced graduate degree in one of the following fields (or equivalent competences by experience): business administration, computer science, economics, engineering; You have at least four years of experience in business or digital transformation within the European Institutions You have experience in one or more of the following roles: consultant, business analyst, project manager, product owner, product specialist You can engage with various types of stakeholders to understand their needs and you have experience in designing digital transformation programmes You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, across all levels in an organisation up to C level executives You know how to work collaboratively in a team environment You are result driven, customer-oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a sense of commitment.
