Function
• You are responsible for recruiting our new consultants
• You work independently throughout the whole recruitment cycle (Sourcing, interview, recruitment process, closing, presentation to business managers)
• Together with the HR manager, you help to recruit our new staff members
• You follow the career evolution of your consultants with our specific tools
• You manage projects aimed at improving our efficiency or creating new initiatives within Greenfish
• You design, improve and implement new processes
• You develop strong competencies in sustainability
• You design, implement and manage all our recruitment programs
• You participate in the coaching of junior recruiters
• You sustain and feed our knowledge management system

Wanted Profile
Profile
• You dispose of a Master degree in human resources, management sciences or equivalent
• A first experience in recruitment is mandatory
• You speak fluently English and Dutch or French
• You are curious and very motivated
• You are persevering and do not have a 9-to-5 mentality
• You have a strong interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, renewables, engineering, etc.
• You are result-driven, effective and you drive change
• You have a great sense of humor
